What's your MOQ
Calibration gas MOQ 1pc
How long is the delivery time
Normally 30 days after the deposit is paid
How do you ensure the quantity
Firstly, our cylinder will take a treatment (cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement) before filling gas. In this way,
the cylinder inside is clear and dry. Secondly, we will take tests to every treated cylinder to assure the inside purity. Thirdly,
we will take a test for all of the gas after filling into the cylinders. If the tested gas is not up to standard, we will produce it
again and not release the faulty product. At last, we will supply you the gas testing qualified report

Technical Advantages
AGEM’s Calibration Gas for Exhaust Gas Monitoring CO CO2 NO Propane CH4 in Nitrogen or Air Mixture Gas benefits from specialized production techniques and quality control that reduce uncertainty and maximize repeatability during exhaust gas calibration. Our production environment adheres to strict cleanliness and gas-handling procedures, ensuring that the CO CO2 NO CH4 gas mix remains free from reactive contaminants. Cylinder preparation includes surface passivation, bake-out, and validated fill procedures to reduce adsorption of hydrocarbon gases such as propane and CH4. For NO and CO, we employ stabilization strategies and accurately controlled dilutions to maintain certified concentrations.
Calibration gases in air and nitrogen matrices respond differently with analyzers; AGEM supplies air & nitrogen calibration gases tailored to the instrument’s measurement principles, whether nondispersive infrared (NDIR) for CO and CO2, Chemiluminescence for NO, or flame ionization detectors (FID) for propane and CH4. By offering both nitrogen and air carrier options, AGEM simplifies the calibration process and improves correlation with on-site sample conditions during exhaust gas calibration tasks.
Innovation and Research & Development
AGEM’s R&D center continuously advances calibration gas formulation and certification methods to support evolving exhaust gas calibration needs. Our scientists develop robust CO CO2 NO CH4 gas mix methodologies that minimize cross-sensitivity and chemical interactions within cylinders.
