1. What is the MOQ
A: From one cylinder
2. What is the delivery time
A: 7–10 days EXW (Ex Works) after we receive the deposit. Once we book the air freight, we will be able to provide the exact delivery timeline to the customer's country.
3. How do you check the gas quality
A: First, our team prepares the cylinders (cleaning, drying, vacuuming, pumping, and purging before gas filling to ensure the inside of the cylinder is clean and dry). Second, we test the treated cylinders again to confirm that the interior remains clean and dry. Third, we analyze the gas after filling the cylinders and provide a COA (Certificate of Analysis).
4. Can all cylinders be recycled
A: Generally, the service life of seamless steel cylinders is over 20 years. Disposable cylinders, however, are strictly for single use.
5. Can we send empty cylinders back to China for refilling
A: Yes. Once the gas is used up, you can return the empty cylinders to us for refilling. Please inform us prior to shipment so we can arrange customs clearance for the cylinders in China.
6. Available Cylinder and Valve Standards
A: Cylinder Standards: DOT-3AA, ISO9809, GB5099, TC-3AAM, EN1964, KGS
Valve Standards: DISS, CGA, DIN, BS, AFNOR, JIS
7. Can I ship LCL with my other general cargo
A: Our products are classified as Class 2.2 Dangerous Goods (DG) and must be shipped accordingly. Shipping them as general cargo is illegal, so we must book DG transport with the carrier. If you have general cargo, it can be combined with this shipment, provided the entire load is shipped under DG standards

CO N2 Calibration Gas Mixture Gas Carbon Monoxide in Nitrogen — AGEM
AGEM presents a precision CO N2 calibration solution designed for demanding analytical and industrial environments. Our carbon monoxide gas mix in nitrogen is manufactured to exacting specifications to provide reliable, repeatable performance for instrument calibration, process verification, and quality assurance workflows. Built on AGEM’s extensive experience as a specialist gas manufacturer, this CO N2 calibration product line reflects decades of expertise in calibration gas supply, specialty gas trends, and rigorous quality control.
Product features and composition
The CO N2 calibration gas mixture is a carefully blended carbon monoxide gas mix in a nitrogen balance, available in a range of concentrations tailored to calibrate and validate detectors, sensors, and analyzers. AGEM’s carbon monoxide gas mix in nitrogen is produced using high-purity feed-stocks and precision blending equipment to ensure stability and traceability. Each cylinder is supplied with detailed certification and lot-specific analysis, enabling end users to rely on the calibration gas supply for regulatory compliance and internal quality systems.
Applications and use cases
This CO N2 calibration mixture serves a broad spectrum of applications. Environmental monitoring programs depend on accurate carbon monoxide gas mix standards to validate ambient air monitoring equipment. Industrial safety systems and detection networks rely on certified CO N2 calibration cylinders to confirm alarm thresholds and ensure worker protection. Automotive and combustion testing facilities use carbon monoxide gas mix standards to verify emissions instruments and optimize engine control strategies. Research laboratories, calibration labs, and OEM sensor manufacturers use AGEM calibration gas supply to support R&D and production line quality control. Across all these uses, AGEM’s CO N2 calibration mixtures offer consistent performance aligned with evolving specialty gas trends.
Innovation and manufacturing advantages
AGEM brings notable innovation to CO N2 calibration manufacturing. Our proprietary blending processes minimize adsorption and concentration drift, delivering a carbon monoxide gas mix with excellent long-term stability. Strict contamination controls and material selection reduce reactive interactions that could degrade the CO N2 calibration standard. AGEM’s investment in advanced analytical instrumentation and automated blending systems supports precise concentration control and reproducible cylinder fills, making our calibration gas supply a trusted resource for professionals who require tight tolerances and robust documentation.
Quality assurance and certification
Quality assurance is central to AGEM’s CO N2 calibration product offering. Every cylinder is accompanied by a certificate of analysis that verifies the carbon monoxide gas mix concentration, uncertainty values, and traceability to recognized standards. AGEM adheres to documented quality management procedures, including frequent in-process verification and final inspection, to ensure the calibration gas supply meets customer expectations. The company’s RD and production teams continually analyze specialty gas trends and regulatory requirements to refine our carbon monoxide gas mix formulations and reporting practices.
Cylinder options and handling
AGEM supplies the CO N2 calibration cylinders in multiple sizes to support bench-top calibration rigs, portable detectors, and fixed-point station calibrations. Cylinder valves and fittings follow industry standards, and AGEM offers optional regulators and delivery accessories selected to match the intended application. Users receive clear handling guidance and safety information to support proper storage and deployment of the carbon monoxide gas mix in nitrogen. AGEM also provides cylinder requalification and exchange programs to help facilities maintain uninterrupted calibration gas supply.
Technical support and customization
AGEM pairs its CO N2 calibration products with technical support services to assist customers in selecting the right carbon monoxide gas mix and concentration for their instruments and procedures. Our technical team can advise on dilution techniques, multi-point calibration strategies, and best practices to maximize instrument accuracy. For OEMs and specialized testing needs, AGEM offers customized CO N2 calibration mixtures and bespoke packaging solutions, reflecting our flexible calibration gas supply capabilities and deep knowledge of specialty gas trends.
Performance and stability considerations
The stability of a carbon monoxide gas mix in nitrogen depends on both chemical inertness and control of trace impurities. AGEM’s CO N2 calibration process addresses these needs by sourcing high-purity nitrogen balances and employing low-adsorption cylinder materials and internal treatments. This attention to detail reduces the risk of concentration shifts over time and provides a reliable calibration gas supply for critical measurement activities. AGEM’s analytical verification of each lot quantifies uncertainty and documents traceability, enabling users to incorporate measurement confidence into their workflows.
Compliance and traceability
AGEM ensures its CO N2 calibration products are accompanied by documentation compatible with regulatory and accreditation frameworks. Certificates of analysis include measurement uncertainty and methods used for verification, so customers have the information required for audits and compliance reporting. AGEM’s manufacturing controls and documentation practices reflect an ongoing commitment to transparency in calibration gas supply and help customers meet national and international standards.
Sustainability and logistics
AGEM recognizes the importance of efficient logistics and reduced environmental impact in specialty gas distribution. Our cylinder management practices, regional distribution centers, and return/requalification programs are designed to optimize the carbon monoxide gas mix supply chain while minimizing waste. AGEM’s global reach enables timely delivery of CO N2 calibration products to six regions, supporting customers who require dependable regional supply and responsive technical assistance.
