1. What is the MOQ
A: From one cylinder
2. What is the delivery time
A: 7–10 days EXW (Ex Works) after we receive the deposit. Once we book the air freight, we will be able to provide the exact delivery timeline to the customer's country.
3. How do you check the gas quality
A: First, our team prepares the cylinders (cleaning, drying, vacuuming, pumping, and purging before gas filling to ensure the inside of the cylinder is clean and dry). Second, we test the treated cylinders again to confirm that the interior remains clean and dry. Third, we analyze the gas after filling the cylinders and provide a COA (Certificate of Analysis).
4. Can all cylinders be recycled
A: Generally, the service life of seamless steel cylinders is over 20 years. Disposable cylinders, however, are strictly for single use.
5. Can we send empty cylinders back to China for refilling
A: Yes. Once the gas is used up, you can return the empty cylinders to us for refilling. Please inform us prior to shipment so we can arrange customs clearance for the cylinders in China.
6. Available Cylinder and Valve Standards
A: Cylinder Standards: DOT-3AA, ISO9809, GB5099, TC-3AAM, EN1964, KGS
Valve Standards: DISS, CGA, DIN, BS, AFNOR, JIS
7. Can I ship LCL with my other general cargo
A: Our products are classified as Class 2.2 Dangerous Goods (DG) and must be shipped accordingly. Shipping them as general cargo is illegal, so we must book DG transport with the carrier. If you have general cargo, it can be combined with this shipment, provided the entire load is shipped under DG standards

Innovation and Technical Advantages
AGEM’s High Purity Calibration Gas mixed gas corrosive components carbon monoxide/nitrogen monoxide/sulfur dioxide aluminum cylinder brings several technical advantages and innovations that address evolving calibration gas trends, corrosive gas safety challenges, and the precise needs of semiconductor gas supply networks:
1. Advanced Blending and Purity Control
AGEM employs gravimetric blending and mass flow-controlled mixing techniques that produce homogenous calibration gas mixtures with exceptional repeatability. By maintaining tight tolerances during filling and verifying concentrations through independent analytical methods, AGEM ensures that each cylinder meets specified purity and concentration claims. This focus on advanced blending supports calibration gas trends that demand higher accuracy and lower measurement uncertainty.
2. Aluminum Cylinder Selection for Corrosive Gas Safety
Corrosive components such as NO and SO2 present unique storage and delivery challenges. AGEM uses high-grade aluminum cylinders which offer superior resistance to corrosion from acidic or oxidative gas components compared to conventional steel cylinders. The aluminum cylinder choice mitigates contamination risks, minimizes cylinder wall reactions, and extends service life—integral aspects of corrosive gas safety. In addition, AGEM applies internal passivation and strict cleaning protocols to reduce reactive impurities and ensure long-term stability.
3. Comprehensive Quality Management and Traceability
AGEM’s quality management system includes systematic inspections, periodic leak testing, and batch-level analytical verification. Every cylinder is supplied with a certificate of analysis specifying the declared concentrations, measurement uncertainty, expiration or recalibration interval, and handling recommendations. This level of documentation aligns with best practices in semiconductor gas supply chains and environmental compliance programs, facilitating audit readiness and operational transparency.
4. Optimized Compatibility with Analytical Systems
Recognizing diverse instrument interfaces, AGEM configures cylinder outlets, valves, and fittings to industry-standard specifications and offers options for compatible regulators and manifold connections. This reduces installation errors, supports quick deployment, and enhances compatibility with calibration gas trends toward plug-and-play calibration workflows in laboratories and production environments.
5. Environmental and Safety-Conscious Packaging
AGEM emphasizes safe handling and transportation practices for corrosive calibration gases. The aluminum cylinder assembly includes secure valve protection, robust labeling with hazard communication, and tailored shipping options. By addressing corrosive gas safety from filling to field use, AGEM reduces the risk of accidental releases and ensures safer operation for end users.
Performance and Reliability
Performance is characterized by the stability of concentration over the cylinder’s service life, low levels of impurities, and consistent behavior during gas delivery. AGEM’s mixed gas undergoes periodic stability testing and is produced under controlled conditions to minimize adsorption or reactive losses associated with corrosive components. The aluminum cylinder environment further reduces interactions between gas and container, maintaining consistent concentration profiles and enhancing the accuracy of calibration routines.
