1. What is the MOQ
A: From one cylinder
2. What is the delivery time
A: 7–10 days EXW (Ex Works) after we receive the deposit. Once we book the air freight, we will be able to provide the exact delivery timeline to the customer's country.
3. How do you check the gas quality
A: First, our team prepares the cylinders (cleaning, drying, vacuuming, pumping, and purging before gas filling to ensure the inside of the cylinder is clean and dry). Second, we test the treated cylinders again to confirm that the interior remains clean and dry. Third, we analyze the gas after filling the cylinders and provide a COA (Certificate of Analysis).
4. Can all cylinders be recycled
A: Generally, the service life of seamless steel cylinders is over 20 years. Disposable cylinders, however, are strictly for single use.
5. Can we send empty cylinders back to China for refilling
A: Yes. Once the gas is used up, you can return the empty cylinders to us for refilling. Please inform us prior to shipment so we can arrange customs clearance for the cylinders in China.
6. Available Cylinder and Valve Standards
A: Cylinder Standards: DOT-3AA, ISO9809, GB5099, TC-3AAM, EN1964, KGS
Valve Standards: DISS, CGA, DIN, BS, AFNOR, JIS
7. Can I ship LCL with my other general cargo
A: Our products are classified as Class 2.2 Dangerous Goods (DG) and must be shipped accordingly. Shipping them as general cargo is illegal, so we must book DG transport with the carrier. If you have general cargo, it can be combined with this shipment, provided the entire load is shipped under DG standards

High Purity UHP99.9%-99.9999% Nitrogen Argon CO2 Oxygen Mixture Gas Calibration Gas — AGEM
AGEM’s High Purity UHP99.9%-99.9999% Nitrogen Argon CO2 Oxygen Mixture Gas Calibration Gas is engineered to deliver unmatched consistency, traceability, and stability for analytical laboratories, semiconductor Fabs, environmental monitoring, and industrial process control. This UHP calibration gas product line meets the most rigorous demands for precision gas standards, enabling accurate instrument calibration, method validation, and quality assurance across diverse applications. AGEM combines decades of research and development with stringent gas mixture certification processes to provide high-purity gas mixes that support critical measurement workflows.
Product Overview and Composition
AGEM manufactures high-purity gas mixes that range from UHP99.9% through UHP99.9999% concentration levels, available in nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and oxygen blends tailored to customer requirements. These UHP calibration gas blends are produced under controlled conditions to minimize contaminants and ensure homogeneity. Each high-purity gas mix is prepared using certified raw gases, precision blending systems, and validated protocols to achieve reproducible composition and stability over time. AGEM’s gas mixture certification documentation accompanies every cylinder, providing full traceability and confidence in the delivered gas composition.
Key Features
- Exceptional Purity: AGEM’s UHP calibration gas options deliver high-purity gas mixes with impurity levels controlled to parts-per-million (ppm) or parts-per-billion (ppb) levels as required. The high-purity gas mixes allow for accurate baseline establishment and instrument zeroing in trace-level analyses.
- Precision Gas Standards: Each cylinder is supplied with a detailed gas mixture certification that states the exact composition, uncertainty, and traceability to primary standards. Precision gas standards support compliance with regulatory requirements and laboratory accreditation programs.
- Certified Stability and Homogeneity: AGEM employs rigorous blending and filling procedures, followed by stability testing, to ensure that gas composition remains stable during storage and use. This ensures confidence in long-term calibration intervals and reduces down-time for recalibration.
- Customized Mixtures: The product family includes flexible mix ratios of nitrogen, argon, CO2, and oxygen to support specialized calibration needs. AGEM’s RD team can design bespoke high-purity gas mixes to match specific instrument calibration points or analytical method requirements.
- High-Quality Cylinder Handling: Cylinders and containers are selected and prepared to avoid contamination and cross-contamination. Filling is performed in clean facilities using validated cleaning and leak-testing procedures to preserve gas purity.
- Global Quality Control: AGEM implements internationally recognized quality control procedures and internal audits to maintain consistency across regional manufacturing sites, ensuring the same level of UHP calibration gas quality is delivered worldwide.
Applications and Use Cases
AGEM’s UHP calibration gas and high-purity gas mixes are applicable across a wide range of industries where precise gas standards are critical:
- Environmental Monitoring: Calibration of gas analyzers for ambient air quality monitoring, greenhouse gas measurement, and emissions testing. Precision gas standards ensure accurate readings for regulatory reporting and scientific research.
- Semiconductor Manufacturing: Process control gas calibration for etch and deposition equipment, leak detection, and contamination monitoring. High-purity gas mixes reduce the risk of introducing contaminants into sensitive process chambers.
- Analytical Laboratories: Calibration of gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and other trace gas analysis instruments. With certified gas mixture documentation, laboratories can meet QA/QC and accreditation requirements.
- Medical and Life Sciences: Gas calibration for respiratory analyzers, sterilization equipment monitors, and laboratory instruments requiring exact oxygen and carbon dioxide calibration points.
- Industrial Process Control: Calibration of in-line process analyzers, safety systems, and combustion control instruments to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
Innovation and Technical Advantages
AGEM differentiates its UHP calibration gas products through a combination of advanced technical capabilities and rigorous quality systems:
- Precision Blending Technology: AGEM uses mass flow controllers and gravimetric blending techniques to achieve precise mix ratios with minimized uncertainty. This approach delivers repeatable compositions that serve as reliable precision gas standards.
- Comprehensive Gas Mixture Certification: Each cylinder includes a certificate of analysis that documents composition, analytical method used, uncertainty budget, and traceability to national or international standards. This certification supports regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs.
- Low Contamination Filling Practices: AGEM’s fill stations are designed to limit exposure to ambient air and potential contaminants. Dedicated lines for specific gases and purified filling environments maintain the integrity of high-purity gas mixes.
- Research & Development Expertise: AGEM’s RD team continuously refines blending algorithms, analytical verification methods, and long-term stability testing to improve the performance of high-purity gas mixes. This commitment to innovation ensures customers receive next-generation UHP calibration gas products.
- Regional Support with Global Consistency: AGEM operates with a global footprint while maintaining centralized quality criteria. Customers benefit from local supply with consistent technical specifications and gas mixture certification practices.
Quality Assurance and Traceability
Quality assurance is at the core of AGEM’s operations. Each lot of UHP calibration gas is subject to:
- Incoming verification of raw gas purity.
- Documented blending records and process controls.
- Analytical verification using calibrated instruments to quantify composition and impurities.
- Certification that includes uncertainty and traceability statements to recognized standards.
These controls create a transparent supply chain, enabling customers to rely on AGEM’s high-purity gas mixes for critical calibrations and measurements.
