1. What is the MOQ
A: From one cylinder
2. What is the delivery time
A: 7–10 days EXW (Ex Works) after we receive the deposit. Once we book the air freight, we will be able to provide the exact delivery timeline to the customer's country.
3. How do you check the gas quality
A: First, our team prepares the cylinders (cleaning, drying, vacuuming, pumping, and purging before gas filling to ensure the inside of the cylinder is clean and dry). Second, we test the treated cylinders again to confirm that the interior remains clean and dry. Third, we analyze the gas after filling the cylinders and provide a COA (Certificate of Analysis).
4. Can all cylinders be recycled
A: Generally, the service life of seamless steel cylinders is over 20 years. Disposable cylinders, however, are strictly for single use.
5. Can we send empty cylinders back to China for refilling
A: Yes. Once the gas is used up, you can return the empty cylinders to us for refilling. Please inform us prior to shipment so we can arrange customs clearance for the cylinders in China.
6. Available Cylinder and Valve Standards
A: Cylinder Standards: DOT-3AA, ISO9809, GB5099, TC-3AAM, EN1964, KGS
Valve Standards: DISS, CGA, DIN, BS, AFNOR, JIS
7. Can I ship LCL with my other general cargo
A: Our products are classified as Class 2.2 Dangerous Goods (DG) and must be shipped accordingly. Shipping them as general cargo is illegal, so we must book DG transport with the carrier. If you have general cargo, it can be combined with this shipment, provided the entire load is shipped under DG standards

AGEM C3H8 Gas Calibration Gas Factory High Grade Purity 99.999% 995 Propane for Etching CVD Epitaxy
AGEM presents a precision-engineered propane calibration gas solution optimized for advanced semiconductor manufacturing and thin film processes. Our high-purity C3H8 product, designated as propane calibration gas with a purity rating of 99.999% (995 grade), is formulated specifically for demanding applications such as semiconductor etching gas processes and CVD epitaxy supply. With rigorous quality control and purpose-built production workflows, AGEM delivers a consistent, reliable high-purity C3H8 that supports tight process windows and reproducible results in laboratory, pilot, and production environments.
Product Overview and Key Features
AGEM’s high-purity C3H8 propane calibration gas is produced in a controlled factory setting and validated through comprehensive analytical methods to ensure trace-level contaminants remain below critical thresholds. This propane calibration gas is ideal for use as a semiconductor etching gas, CVD epitaxy supply component, and as a standard for instrument calibration where consistent hydrocarbon composition is essential. The product’s core attributes include:
- High-purity C3H8 with certified 99.999% specification, minimizing oxygenates, sulfur species, moisture, and other impurities that can compromise etch uniformity or epitaxial growth.
- Tight compositional tolerances and batch-to-batch consistency to support reproducible etching profiles and CVD epitaxy supply stability.
- Comprehensive certificate of analysis (CoA) documenting impurity levels, hydrocarbon composition, and analytical methodologies used during qualification.
- Cylinder handling and packaging options tailored for semiconductor Fabs and research facilities to maintain integrity from factory to point of use.
- Compatibility with precision gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and calibration equipment commonly found in semiconductor Fabs and analytical laboratories.
Applications and Process Benefits
AGEM’s propane calibration gas is designed for integration into workflows that depend on high-purity hydrocarbon feeds. Typical applications include:
- Semiconductor etching gas applications where propane calibration gas is used as a reactive hydrocarbon source or as a calibration standard for monitoring equipment. The purity of the propane calibration gas directly impacts etch rates, selectivity, and particulate generation; AGEM’s high-purity C3H8 reduces process variability and contamination risks.
- CVD epitaxy supply chains requiring exacting precursor control. As part of CVD epitaxy supply, AGEM’s propane calibration gas provides a stable hydrocarbon baseline that helps maintain consistent deposition rates, film stoichiometry, and electrical performance of epitaxial layers.
- Analytical instrument calibration and leak checking where propane calibration gas serves as a reference standard for gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and hydrocarbon detectors. Reliable calibration with AGEM high-purity C3H8 ensures the accuracy of process control measurements and safety monitoring systems.
- Research and development settings exploring novel etch chemistries, plasma-surface interactions, or epitaxial growth mechanisms, benefiting from the repeatability afforded by a certified propane calibration gas.
Innovation and Technical Advantages
AGEM differentiates its propane calibration gas through manufacturing rigor and technical innovation. The AGEM facility applies advanced purification and separation techniques that reduce trace impurities to parts-per-billion levels when necessary, delivering a true high-purity C3H8 product. Key technical advantages include:
