Highlight

Nano-Scale Blending Precision: We utilize advanced gravimetric filling and Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) to ensure gas mixture tolerances as tight as 1% to 2%. This ensures consistent laser pulse energy and stability for DUV lithography.Proprietary Passivation Technology: F2is extremely reactive. Our cylinders undergo a specialized internal surface passivation process to create a stable fluoride layer, preventing the mixture from reacting with the cylinder wall and ensuring a long shelf life (up to 12-24 months).Ultra-High Purity Components: We use only 6N (99.9999%) Neon and Krypton/Xenon as the base gases to minimize trace impurities (O2, H2O, HF) that could quench the laser or damage optical components.Expert Safety Packaging: Shipped in specialized high-pressure nickel-alloy or treated steel cylinders equipped with DISS or specialized corrosive-service valves, ensuring zero-leakage during international transit.

FAQs

Can you produce specific mixtures for ASML, Cymer, or Gigaphoton equipment?

Yes. We can customize the exact molar ratios (e.g., 5% F2 in Neon with trace Ar/Kr) to match the specific "pre-mix" or "fill-gas" requirements of all major excimer laser manufacturers.

How do you guarantee the concentration of Fluorine over time?

Through our advanced passivation and moisture-removal techniques, we guarantee that the F2 concentration remains stable throughout the life of the cylinder, preventing "gas drift" that causes laser power drop-off.

What are the shipping regulations for these mixtures?

Due to the Fluorine content, these are classified as UN 3306, Class 2.3 (Toxic) + 2.1 (Flammable) or 8 (Corrosive) sub-risks. We provide full IMO-compliant documentation and specialized DG packaging from our Taiwan and China hubs.

Do you offer the rare gases (Ne, Kr, Xe) as separate components for on-site blending?

Yes, we can provide the individual high-purity rare gases or the pre-blended "Halogen" and "Rare Gas" mixtures depending on your laser system's gas cabinet configuration.
